  • I lead a team of 5 and the continuity of IT, infrastructure, networks and cybersecurity for about 200 users and 400 endpoints.
  • I run an environment of 40+ VMs and physical servers (VMware/vCenter, Windows, Linux), with backup and restore on Veeam.
  • I operate security with Cortex XDR and manage vulnerabilities and patching with ManageEngine Endpoint Central, prioritised by criticality/CVE.
  • I administer network security (Palo Alto/Panorama, VPN, Cisco/Meraki), monitoring in PRTG and log analysis in Graylog (POC).
  • I handle about 250 tickets/month in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud and coordinate projects with vendors and business/Broadcast teams.

Infrastructure SpecialistDHL eCS Portugal · Portugal and Spain

  • Owned infrastructure operations and service quality in Portugal (team of 2), supporting 2,000+ users across Iberia and connectivity for 200+ branches.
  • Technical lead for replacing local MPLS with a global SD-WAN across Portugal and Spain.
  • Delivered the IT infrastructure of the new DHL Parcel site in Loures (about 150 users, about 1 year): the full network and service migration.
  • Handled critical incidents, root-cause analysis, OPEX and vendors, improving metrics and SLA/SLO.

IT Security, Governance & Network SupervisorPSA – Container Terminal

  • Implemented the ISO 27001:2013 framework (gap analysis, processes and procedures) and ITIL governance processes.
  • Administered Cisco L2/L3 networks, firewalls, IDS and VMware HA, with 24x7x365 support.

  • Redundant Cisco networks, SCADA servers, VMware and FreeBSD NAS storage in critical industrial environments.
